Coupled with the support of his wife, Elect Lady Pearlene Fly; since his installation, the church membership has grown and under his leadership, the church has developed several need specific ministries to serve the diverse needs of the congregation and community and completed a $150,000 renovation project of the church edifice. Through his God given vision the GNCAC C.M. Bishop Fly's ministry extends beyond the walls of the Grace New Covenant Apostolic Church into the Columbus and Franklin county community.  He has devoted his life to winning lost souls for the Kingdom.  His passion is to develop dynamic disciples who will impact the world for Jesus in such a way that families are strengthened, broken hearts are healed and those who are bound are freed.

Elect Lady Fly is an ordained elder and  student of God's word. He has anointed her to teach the Word. Her desire is to please the Lord with all her heart, mind, and soul.  Through life's challenges she exudes the declaration of Psalm 34:1, "I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth."
